Orders and pricing
An order is complete when payment has been confirmed by the payment gateway. We may cancel and refund an order listed at an obviously incorrect price.
Licence to use our products
Purchases grant the personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence described in the Software Licence Agreement. You may not resell, share, sublicense, publish or redistribute our files or licence keys.
Intellectual property
All content on this site remains our property or that of our licensors.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to breach our security, scrape the site at volume, circumvent licence checks, or use our products to build a competing product.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability cannot be excluded it is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
