Licence granted
On payment we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the purchased indicator or tool for your own trading and study.
Activation limits
Each licence key permits the number of concurrent activations stated on the product page. If you change device or broker account, ask support to reset an activation — we do this routinely and free of charge.
Term and updates
Your right to use the version you installed is perpetual. Access to new versions runs for the update term stated on the product page and can be renewed.
What you may not do
- Share, resell, rent, sublicense, publish or distribute the files or your licence key.
- Decompile, disassemble or reverse-engineer the code, except where that right cannot lawfully be restricted.
- Remove or alter copyright notices, licence checks or branding.
- Use the product to build, train or distribute a competing product.
Ownership
The software is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property remains ours.
No warranty of results
The software is provided on an “as is” basis for analytical purposes. We warrant that it performs the functions described on its product page; we do not warrant uninterrupted operation, compatibility with untested future platform versions, or any trading outcome.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or revoke a licence for redistribution, activation abuse, a refunded or charged-back order, or material breach. We will tell you why, and you may appeal to support.
Liability
Our total liability under this licence is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for trading losses.
