When delivery happens
Access is created once the payment gateway confirms your payment. For most methods this is immediate; UPI, net banking and bank transfers can take a few minutes, and card payments held for review can take longer.
What you receive
- eBooks: downloads in your account, plus a link in your receipt email.
- Indicators: platform files, an installation guide, and a licence key where applicable.
- Tools: access enabled on your account.
How downloads are secured
Product files are served through authenticated, account-bound links rather than public URLs. You can re-download from your account at any time.
Updates
Where a product includes updates, new versions appear in your account within its update term.
If delivery fails
Check your spam folder, then sign in and look under Downloads — access is granted to your account regardless of email delivery. If it is still missing, contact support with your order number. If we cannot deliver a product you are entitled to a full refund.
Requirements
You are responsible for having the platform, account type and device listed under requirements on the product page. Support can confirm compatibility beforehand.
